Position Summary

Join the Broan-NuTone Human Resources Team to gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources while making a meaningful impact on the employee experience! As an HR Intern, you will partner with Talent and Site HR teams to support key people initiatives, business projects, and process improvement efforts. This role provides exposure to a variety of HR disciplines, including talent management, employee engagement, benefits, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects that enhance employee experience, talent development, engagement, and HR operational excellence.
• Assist with research, analysis, and recommendations related to HR programs, processes, and best practices.
• Support the development, review, and maintenance of HR documentation, including job descriptions, policies, procedures, and employee resources.
• Conduct audits and data reviews to identify opportunities for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders on a variety of business and HR‑related projects.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution while receiving mentorship from HR professionals.
• Support additional team priorities and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment while handling sensitive employee, and business information.
