Qualifications

• Sitting for the FE or a Current EIT certification.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, apply basic design criteria and prepare drawings with red line corrections.
• Demonstrate understanding of NEC grounding requirements for services and distribution.
• Understand branch circuit conductors and NEC sizing tables.
• Apply demand factors to feeders, motors, and circuits including over current protection.
• Understand conduit types, sizing, and systems per NEC annex C.
• Create basic one-line diagrams and perform simple load calculations.
• Other duties as assigned.
