Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer III to perform electrical power, lighting, and low-voltage system engineering for construction projects, under supervision. Proficiency in PC use, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Revit is required, with NEC knowledge essential.

The position offers growth within a culture of care and a merit-based benefits package. Travel is 5–10% with typical hours 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering or an Associate Degree in Electrical Technology with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs detailed calculations to compute and establish construction standards and specifications.
• Prepares and studies technical drawings and electrical specifications to ensure installations meet standards.
• Plans layout of electrical construction projects.
• Conducts field surveys and studies data to identify and correct power system problems.
• Confers with internal and external customers on projects.
• Provides guidance to ensure construction activities comply with specifications and codes.
• Inspects installations for conformance to design and equipment specs.
• Compiles data and writes reports on engineering studies and projects.
• Operates computer-assisted engineering and design software to perform tasks.
• Provides electrical engineering for complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Participates in customer/project interviews.
• Provides training for other technical personnel.
