Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer – Level 1 to support basic electrical power, lighting, and low voltage system engineering tasks under supervision. Responsibilities include preparing drawings, conducting field surveys, and using CAD tools. Travel 5-10% is required.

The role reports to an upper level Engineer or Engineering Team Leader and offers industry-leading benefits and merit-based compensation. Work schedule is 7 AM to 5 PM, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering – Electrical, or Associate Degree in Electrical Technology.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive electrical engineering related experience.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
• AutoCAD/Revit knowledge required.
• Knowledge of electrical terminology and symbols required.
• Knowledge of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) necessary.
• Travel 5-10%.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and studies technical drawings and electrical specifications to ensure installations and designs conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Conducts field surveys and studies diagram and other data to identify and correct power system problems.
• Operates computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
• Performs detailed calculations to compute and establish construction standards and specifications, with direction from an upper-level Engineer.
• Plans layout of electrical construction projects with direction from an upper-level Engineer.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
