Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
• Experience: 2 years of progressive electrical engineering related experience or Education: Associate Degree in Electrical Technology with 6 years of experience.
• Knowledge: NEC knowledge and familiarity with electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to Level 1 Engineers and Designers.
• Performs detailed calculations to establish construction standards and specifications.
• Prepares technical drawings and electrical specifications to ensure installations meet standards and customer requirements.
• Plans layout of electrical construction projects.
• Conducts field surveys and analyzes data to identify and correct power system problems.
• Confers with customers to discuss projects and requirements.
• Ensures activities comply with codes and customer requirements.
• Inspects installations for conformance to design and equipment specifications.
