Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc in Menasha, Wisconsin, is seeking an Electrical Engineer – Level 1 to support electrical construction projects. This role involves performing basic engineering tasks under supervision, including preparing technical drawings and ensuring designs meet customer requirements.

Job Overview

The Electrical Engineer – Level 1 will perform basic electrical power, lighting, and low voltage system engineering tasks for electrical construction projects, under the direct supervision of a senior engineer or team leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and studies technical drawings and electrical specifications to ensure that installations and designs conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Conducts field surveys, studies diagrams and other data to identify and correct power system problems.
• Operates computer‑assisted engineering and design software (AutoCAD / Revit) to perform engineering tasks.
• Performs detailed calculations to compute and establish construction standards and specifications with direction from an upper‑level engineer.
• Plans layout of electrical construction projects with direction from an upper‑level engineer.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering – Electrical, or an Associate degree in Electrical Technology.
• Minimum of 4 years progressive electrical engineering related experience and National Electric Code (NEC) knowledge.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit and electrical terminology and symbols.
• Knowledge of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC).
• Preferred: experience with AutoDesk Inventor.

Travel & Work Schedule

Travel: 5‑10% of the time. Work schedule: 7 AM‑5 PM, Monday‑Friday.
