Job summary

Raytheon in McKinney, TX is seeking an Electrical Engineer II - Production Support to join the Airborne RF Electronics Engineering team. You will troubleshoot CCAs, modules, and test sets, and isolate root causes across analog, digital, RF, power and software interfaces.

You will analyze production data, interpret schematics, support a cross-functional team to maintain schedules, and provide onsite support in a high‑mix lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• At least 2 years of prior relevant experience with electronics and electrical circuits and ability to isolate failures to root cause.
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience with lab equipment such as multimeters, signal sources, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
• Experience working on a production program or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and isolate failures to root cause on CCAs, modules, components, and test sets.
• Address issues across analog, digital, RF, power, and software interfaces.
• Resolve hardware and process issues in production and sustainment.
• Interpret and apply schematics, assembly drawings, wire lists, and parts lists.
• Analyze production test data to verify specifications and identify anomalies.
• Work in a cross-functional team to maintain production schedules and support improvements.
• Provide daily onsite technical support in a high‑mix production and lab environment.
