Job summary

Raytheon in McKinney, TX is seeking an Electrical Engineer II - Production Support to join the Airborne RF Electronics Engineering team. You will troubleshoot CCAs, modules, and test sets, and isolate root causes across analog, digital, RF, power and software interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• At least 2 years of prior relevant experience with electronics and electrical circuits and ability to isolate failures to root cause.
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience with lab equipment such as multimeters, signal sources, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
• Experience working on a production program or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

As anElectrical Engineer II - Production Support, you will be part of a team ofhighly talentedengineers that work onhighly complexRadar products and test sets. You will be working as a member of a production support team and under the guidance of an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) in McKinney, Texas.

What You Will Do:

• Troubleshoot and isolate failures to root cause on Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), modules, components, and test sets.
• Issues could range across a variety of fields such as analog, digital, RF, power, and software interfaces.
• Resolve hardware and process issues encountered during production and sustainment.
• Interpret and apply engineering documentation, including schematics, assembly drawings, wire lists, and parts lists.
• Analyze production test data to verify compliance with specifications and identify anomalies or trends.
• Work within a cross‑functional team environment to maintain production schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide daily onsite technical support in a high‑mix production and lab environment.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires aBachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Aminimum of2 years of prior relevant experience with electronics and electrical circuits as well as ability to isolate failures to root cause.
• Experience reading & interpreting drawings and electrical schematics
• Experience with lab equipment such as multimeters, signal sources, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers
• Experience working on a production program or manufacturing operations.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
