Job summary

The role emphasizes BIM coordination, code compliance, and clear communication with clients. You will mentor junior designers and support project delivery across commercial facilities in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of design experience for commercial buildings.
• Licensed PE or EIT preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and coordination with multi-discipline teams.
• Knowledge of codes and construction delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency generation, fire alarm, and security.
• Coordinate BIM drawings with other disciplines through all project phases.
• Perform site observations, shop drawing reviews, and punch List preparation.
• Maintain client relationships and mentor junior designers.
