Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for 100% on-site work in Tucson, AZ. The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

You will contribute to the Test Equipment Engineering Directorate, designing and integrating advanced test solutions for Raytheon products. You will work in a hands-on, multidisciplinary environment, leading test product development across lifecycle stages, ensuring technical, cost, and schedule objectives are met, and resolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of experience OR advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required.
• Experience in electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, analysis, and test.
• Experience with Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test products within Test Equipment Engineering teams.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, adapters, cabling, drawings, schematics, and circuit analysis.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team or independently to address development and implementation challenges.
