RTX is seeking entry-level engineers in Tucson to work on advanced electrical subsystems. You will troubleshoot lab electronics, analyze circuits, and participate in system integration and testing with multi-disciplinary teams. The role emphasizes documenting results and supporting root-cause analyses.

You'll apply RF/analog/digital skills, develop interconnect models, and contribute to subassembly level testing. Onsite work with travel up to 10% is expected as projects advance.

Formación

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field obtained by start date.
• Experience with writing and/or executing test procedures.
• Basic lab experience with RF, analog, digital, mixed-signal, circuit design or analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot electronics in a lab or production environment, performing system and circuit level analysis, subsystem integration and test, supporting failure investigations, maintaining and creating documentation, and interacting with multi-discipline groups including suppliers.
• Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to CCA and component levels.
• Failure analysis / root cause determination and corrective action implementation.
• Performing analog and digital circuit analysis and characterizing and modeling electrical signals of electronics subsystems in simulation.
• Identifying and instantiating circuit card and subassembly design updates.
• Conducting integration & test at the subassembly level.
• Develop interconnect models between various subsystems.
• Generate test procedures/plans and document test results.
• Generate and present task results to small technical teams.
• Potential travel to test areas for support/troubleshooting issues, less than 10%.
