Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Electrical Engineer I to support electrical maintenance and control systems at our Midlothian facility. You will supervise electricians, perform PM/CM activities, document electrical schematics, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The role involves data-driven diagnostics and collaboration with the maintenance team to maximize equipment reliability. We value candidates with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience with PLCs,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Experience with electrical maintenance and control systems is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD and MS Office is essential.

Responsibilities

Supervise electrical and instrumentation technicians on daily work orders and projects.
Perform electrical preventive and predictive maintenance with data collection and analysis.
Maintain electrical schematics, spare parts inventory, and system documentation.
Ensure control system programming meets environmental compliance and safety policies.
Provide training and guidance on control systems to plant personnel.
Troubleshoot control system hardware and software issues.
Contribute to equipment modifications to improve reliability and safety.
