Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Industrial Electrician - Day to join our manufacturing operations. The role involves quick analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical components in an industrial setting, with programming and operation of PLCs and drives.

You will support installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Simotion, CTI, Direct Logic PLCs, and VFDs, and be committed to safety and regulatory

Qualifications

Experience diagnosing production equipment using schematics and diagrams.
Knowledge of NEC and electrical codes.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
Experience with industrial automation equipment.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and isolates production equipment malfunctions using schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints.
Troubleshoot burners, differential pressure transmitters, and related sensors and controls.
Constructs new installations and modifies existing ones per the NEC.
Installs, calibrates, and repairs instruments and drives; performs PM when equipment is down.
Promotes safety and adheres to health, safety, and environmental policies.
