ANA in Henderson, Nevada is seeking an Electrical Compliance Engineer for a full-time onsite role. The engineer will develop electrical architectures, create schematics, specify components, and integrate subsystems for next-generation hybrid energy systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
1–3 years hands-on electrical product-development experience in automotive, off-highway, industrial equipment, controls, power equipment, or similar.
Demonstrated ability to develop schematics and wiring designs, interpret datasheets, size circuits, and select components.
Experience with prototype integration, lab testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause problem solving.
Ability to document technical work clearly and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and service teams.

Responsibilities

Develop/refine low- and high-voltage electrical architectures and harness designs.
Create and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
Select electrical components (batteries, inverters, motor drives, etc.).
Lead verification tests and analyze data to validate performance.
Provide field and manufacturing support for product improvements.
