Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking an engineer to support planning, design, construction, and maintenance of electric infrastructure. You will perform technical calculations, studies, and permitting to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

The role involves data analysis of power systems, outage data review, and collaboration with engineering, operations and external partners. Occasional extended hours may be required during storms or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 2-4 years of professional engineering experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of engineering designs, principles and practices.
• Regulatory knowledge applicable to the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering assignments with guidance from experienced engineers.
• Analyze power flows and conduct complex engineering tests.
• Verify and validate studies, blueprints or designs.
