Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems specialization.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in electrical engineering focusing on grid studies.
• Experience in grid interconnection studies using PSS/E, ETAP, PSCAD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grid interconnection studies including load flow, short circuit, stability, and fault ride-through analysis.
• Develop electrical designs for grid substation connections with protection schemes and equipment selection.
• Ensure compliance with Eskom grid codes and connection standards.
