Job summary

Indotronix Avani Group seeks an Electrical Engineer to provide hands-on engineering support for equipment construction, installation, debugging, and startup at domestic and international sites. You will oversee internal teams and contract personnel during installation and conversion projects to ensure safe, efficient execution.

Responsibilities include interfacing with system integrators, developing integrated control systems, reducing costs, and supporting setup and debug to turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience on manufacturing floor or construction site with strong safety focus.
• Knowledge of power systems for 480VAC and below.
• Ability to work hands-on with equipment using common tools and instruments.
• Ability to interpret engineering requirements and translate them into equipment designs and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand process & equipment functions, including I/O, control sequences, fail-safe states and recovery.
• Interface with external system integrators and machine builders to deliver integrated process equipment systems on time and on budget.
• Assist in developing integrated control systems for new manufacturing equipment and modifications.
• Collaborate with Technology Development, Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to industrialize and reduce cost of new designs.
• Support initial equipment setup and debugging up to turnover to operations.
• Supervise internal/contract engineers, maintenance, and trades during installation and conversion phases.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting to replace defective components and implement changes.
• Review and modify installation checklists, machine part lists, illustrations, specs, schedules; coordinate with drafting services.
