Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of new products and enhancements related to grounding systems and monitoring.
• Create and test circuit boards, troubleshoot hardware, and repair circuits as needed.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to standardize designs to customer specs.
• Develop testing procedures and build test stands for motors and grounding systems.
