Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control seeks an Electrical Engineer for the Hardware Engineering team in Grand Prairie, TX. You will drive design, analysis, integration, and test of CCAs and related electrical subsystems, working with systems, software, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure on-schedule, compliant deliverables.

You will perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and robust interconnect design while conducting rigorous testing and root-cause analysis using advanced lab

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in electrical hardware design.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze CCAs, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Conduct electrical testing and root-cause analysis on production hardware.
• Develop interconnect solutions—power distribution, grounding, shielding, and mil-spec connectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration challenges.
• Manage non-conforming hardware through MRB processes and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and engineering change packages.
• Support Design Assurance processes and participate in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Interface with suppliers on specifications and deliveries with traceability.
