Gradian Thermal Solutions, based in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support electrical hardware design for liquid cooling systems used in data centers. You’ll work under senior engineers to implement tasks across controls hardware, controller, display, software, testing, and documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 0–2 years of relevant experience, with exposure to AutoCAD and BOMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 0–2 years of relevant internship/co-op experience acceptable.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical design for power distribution and control panels.
• Create/update electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain BOMs and documentation; assist with prototype builds.
• Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, and controls teams.
