Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Mechanical Architect to shape customer‑driven mechanical and cooling solutions for high‑density data centers. You will lead design and validation of liquid‑cooling systems, engage with customers, and collaborate with hardware, electrical, and controls teams to ensure reliability and scalability.

Strong expertise in dry coolers, evaporative coolers, cooling skids, and hydronic distribution is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data‑center mechanical design or mission‑critical facilities.
• Hands‑on experience with dry coolers, evaporative coolers, cooling skids, hydronic systems, and liquid‑cooling infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, pump curves, and fluid dynamics.
• Experience collaborating with product development or hardware engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers directly.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary mechanical engineering interface for customers, gathering requirements and translating them into design specifications.
• Lead technical discussions with end users, integrators, and partners to ensure scalability and alignment with operational expectations.
• Provide expert guidance on liquid‑cooling strategies, system tradeoffs, and deployment best practices.
• Partner with hardware, electrical, controls, and product engineering teams to influence cooling product designs.
• Contribute mechanical expertise to roadmaps, design reviews, and prototype evaluations.
• Develop end‑to‑end mechanical layouts and system interfaces for new builds and retrofits.
