Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Electrical Engineer for Power Generation Containerization in Sidney, OH to help design large-scale, containerized power systems for mission-critical data centers.

You will own electrical design, integration, and validation, partnering with mechanical, applications engineering, and sourcing teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability from design through deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive electrical design experience in power generation or industrial systems.
• 2+ years designing power distribution and generator systems.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for containerized power packages for data centers.
• Develop schematics, wiring drawings, panel layouts and system architecture docs.
• Perform load flow, short-circuit, voltage drop analyses and protective coordination.
