Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support electrical hardware design, integration, and programming for chillers and heat rejection equipment. You will implement tasks across controls hardware, display, software, testing, and documentation under senior engineer guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Exposure to 2D CAD (AutoCAD preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical design for power distribution and control interfaces in chillers and heat rejection units.
• Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Build and maintain BOMs and document revisions.
• Assist with prototype builds, testing, and verification activities.
• Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, and controls teams; maintain engineering records.
