Job summary

Arcadis DPS Group in Albany, NY seeks a mid-level Electrical Engineer and/or Low Voltage professional. The role focuses on designing electrical systems for built environments, including clean rooms, labs, and biotech facilities.

Remote option is available for semiconductor experience, with PPE and safety protocols as required. You will produce drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, develop reports and specs, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5+ years U.S.-based experience designing building electrical systems in A/E and construction.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction drawings, specifications, calculations and cost estimates.
• Design electrical distribution, lighting and control systems; select and schedule equipment.
• Survey existing buildings and document electrical systems; provide as-built reports.
