Ideal candidate will have recently graduated with a BSEE in the power field of study. Candidate should expect to work on electrical design related to fossil and hydro power projects. Utility experience is a plus. Individual must have the ability to interpret single lines and develop and/or modify AC/DC elementary diagrams, panel front views, wiring diagrams, apparatus drawings, and bills of materials. AutoCAD/MicroStation experience is a plus.

Education/Experience/Licensure:

• 4-year BSEE from an ABET-accredited engineering school
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• EIT or PE licensure preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering efforts on project design
• Prepare and review design drawings
• Collaborate with drafters and designers on design drawings
• Perform design analysis using ETAP and SKM
• Participate in occasional site visits, field walkdowns, or client meetings at the client location as required
• Ensure strict adherence to electrical codes and standards
