What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the development and execution of capital projects following the KC NA Project Management Practices process
• Provide leadership in safety, quality, and sustainability while ensuring compliance with corporate policies
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance technical skills and improve business results
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Supply Chain, and external service providers
• Maintain technical expertise and communicate the impact of technological advancements on the organization
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline
• 4+ years of related technical experience in mill, production, or staff R&E environments
• Demonstrated working knowledge of electrical engineering competencies, including motion control and process automation
• Proven ability to establish effective cross-functional networks at the enterprise level
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities

• Experience in the paper industry, particularly in tissue machine and/or converting operations
• Familiarity with sectionalized drive control and distributed control applications
• Knowledge of airlaid technologies and processes
• Experience in project management and leading diverse teams
