What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide electrical engineering support to the Enterprise Capital Engineering and Mill Sustaining teams
• Lead capital projects using the KC NA Project Management Practices process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, and external service providers
• Maintain technical expertise and drive innovation by documenting project developments
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and business results
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• 4+ years of related technical experience in mill, production, or R&D environments
• Demonstrated working knowledge of electrical engineering competencies including servo-based motion control and process automation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or lead a team to meet project objectives within timeframes and budgets

• Experience in paper manufacturing, specifically in tissue machine and/or converting operations
