Job summary

DataAnnotation seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to guide frontier AI models in understanding real hardware challenges. You bring years of designing, debugging, and shipping circuits, while we supply engineering problems the models cannot yet solve on their own.

You will design realistic problems, run them through AI models, compare versions, and critique derivations with clear, evidence-based reasoning across analog, RF, control, power, and signal processing domains.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• 2+ years of industry experience in circuit or electronics engineering.
• Background in electrical/electronics engineering or closely related discipline.
• Strong command of circuit analysis and design tradeoffs; defend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging, realistic engineering problems for models from your practice.
• Run problems through frontier AI models and judge output to professional standards.
• Compare model versions on identical prompts and assess performance gaps.
• Critique model-generated derivations, schematics, component choices, and calculations with written rationale.
• Flag concrete failures with evidence such as wrong assumptions, sign errors, unphysical results, or invalid topologies.
