Innova Solutions is hiring an Electrical Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Berkeley, MO. The candidate will develop hardware designs, analyze requirements, and validate architectures for test stations and systems.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, mathematics, or physics.
• The ability to obtain a US Department of Defense security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to create and refine hardware designs, specifications, and architectures for various test stations and systems, ensuring alignment with program requirements and objectives.
• Analyze customer and system requirements to develop basic architectural approaches and detailed specifications needed.
• Develop high-level and detailed designs consistent with these requirements and specifications.
• Support supplier management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services such as fabrication.
• Integrate products for new systems as well as upgrades to existing equipment in STL and at remote locations.
• Validate designs through various methods of analysis, peer review, standalone testing.
• Provide engineering support to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of these and existing System Integration Lab (SIL) products
