Innova Solutions is hiring an Electrical Engineer for a 12-month contract in Tucson, AZ. The role entails design, development, and integration of products within multi-disciplinary teams and the creation of test systems and schematics.

The candidate should have a STEM degree with 8+ years experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, and hold an active DOD Secret Clearance. On-site work in Tucson includes a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent; 8+ years experience or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Active DOD Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, analysis and test.
• Experience with electrical engineering design tools: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate products within multidiscipline teams.
• Develop test systems, adapters, cabling, schematics and circuit design.
• Manage technical, cost and schedule aspects of assigned projects; resolve development issues.
• Design interface assemblies and select/test instruments to build comprehensive test systems.
