Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a Londonderry, NH-based role on a 12-month contract-to-hire. The engineer will support new product development in high-reliability electronics for defense/aerospace applications and collaborate with PCB designers to deliver rugged, production-ready hardware.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical hardware design for defense/aerospace.
• Proficient in analog/digital circuit design and PCB layout.
• Experience with EMI/EMC best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical design teams in the development of new products.
• Support new product teams in the development of production test equipment.
• Lead design reviews and document design details.
• Design for rugged MIL-STD environments, including shock and temperature.
• Transition designs to production and process ECOs.
