Korry Electronics is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and certify cockpit panels for commercial and military aircraft. You will own complex projects, solving challenging problems across the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or M.S. in Engineering or Science.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with aerospace or other regulated development processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of complex, high-reliability electronic hardware for aerospace and defense applications.
• Design, analysis, and development of digital and analog circuits, power conversion systems, and PCB layouts to meet product and system requirements.
• Translate high-level requirements into architectural concepts and low-level requirements.
• Document and present design performance and acceptance criteria in design reviews.
• Become a trusted technical expert, solving complex hardware problems via root cause analysis.
• Engage in special projects that push airborne electronics boundaries.
• Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and design verification of products.

What You Will Do:

Utility Control Systems at Korry Electronics, is looking for an Electrical Engineer to design and certify panels used in the cockpit of commercial and military aircrafts. The right candidate will want to do more with their skills, be challenged to resolve complex technical problems, and contribute across the full product lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the development of complex, high-reliability electronic hardware for aerospace and defense applications.
• Design, analysis, and development of digital and analog circuits, power conversion systems, and PCB layouts to meet product and system requirements.
• Translate high-level requirements into architectural concepts and associated low-level requirements.
• Document and present your design performance, and acceptance criteria in design reviews.
• Become a trusted technical expert, solving complex hardware problems through root cause analysis and impact assessment.
• Engage in special projects that push the boundaries of airborne electronics.
• Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and design verification of products.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineeringor M.Sin Engineering fields or Science.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience withaerospace or other industries with highly regulated development processes.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Familiarity with CAN, ARINC, and other common communication protocols; ability to program and debug hardware/software interfaces.
• Knowledge of aerospace standards (DO-160, DO-254, MIL-STD-704/461) is a strong plus.
• An innate ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical problems with a creative and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in electronic design and schematic tools (e.g., ePADS, Xpedition, PSpice) and a deep understanding of circuit design and analysis.
• Understanding of EMI mitigation design concepts.
• Jira & Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management tool.
• Strong communication skill and collaborative mindset.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.
• Frequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.
• The person in this position needs to frequentlymove inside the office.
• Frequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization.

Salary Range:

• Level II: $106,000 - $159,000
• Level III: $120,000–$180,000

Final offers are based on job-related qualifications and pay equity
