• Ability to communicate and present electrical concepts effectively.
• Willingness/ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Communicate regularly with internal management and internal and external engineers via email, phone, and in-person meetings
• Research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks
• Design electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes
• Present electrical concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's Degree and 3 years of relevant professional experience; or Ph.D. and 0 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program required
• U.S. citizenship required
• Experience developing or maintaining generators and/or electric motors preferred
• Established modeling skills using MATLAB, Simulink, and other FEA software preferred
• Ability to communicate and present electrical concepts effectively
• Willingness/ability to travel up to 10% of the time
