Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • 5+ years with BS; 3+ with MS.
  • Product development experience specifically within the electrical DVT phase.
  • Data analysis experience in platforms such as Mini Tab, JMP, or Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven track record of leading and closing projects involving cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis software, excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work with and guide a team of engineers are crucial for success in this role.
  • Experienced in technical aspects of design and verification
  • Closeout of a design
  • Experienced getting a design approved.

Responsibilities

  • Plan DVT testing with SMEs and develop test protocols.
  • Perform bench testing using standard EE lab equipment.
  • Coordinate and track investigations; review and summarize electrical test data.
  • Lead failure analysis activities and drive issue resolution.
  • Ensure quality is built into all work and maintain compliance with requirements.

Pay Rate

$75hr. -$85/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Job Description

Planning DVT testing with various SMEs, test protocol development, performing bench testing with standard EE lab equipment, coordinating and tracking test investigations, reviewing and summarizing electrical test data and leading failure analysis activities.

Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities

Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Must Have
