Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or EE Technology from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of related engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuitry; can read schematics.
• Knowledge of LabVIEW / TestStand, C#, Java, Python or similar.
• Root cause analysis using structured problem solving.
• Works well in fast-paced settings; prioritizes and delivers.
• Judgment within procedures to take appropriate action.
• Experience in metric/goal driven environments.
• Hands-on with manufacturing processes preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical I/O boards for stations and products.

Job description

As an Electrical Test Engineer with Fluke, you will be tasked with analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and equipment requirements for production of new and existing products. You may also assist in the transition of new product introduced to manufacturing for product support, and focus on metrics such as safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

• Job Title: Electrical Test Engineer(Manufacturing/Production floor focused)
• bRate Range: $50/hour to $50/hour W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors./b

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and improve test systems throughout the factory.
• Drive quality through internal and external root cause countermeasure of failures.
• Advise design engineering of existing production capabilities, equipment, facilities, and standard practices to contribute to the development of new designs.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O communication boards for various stations.
• Coordinate design changes for existing stations as per product requirements.
• Provide technical assistances for hardware and software debugging.
• Review test results and analyze test data from database and improve yields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of related experience engineering experience.
• Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry and ability to read schematics.
• Programing language knowledge in one or more of the following: LabView / Teststand, C#, Java, Python, etc.
• Root cause analysis using various Problem‑Solving methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while prioritizing work and delivering results.
• Comfortable working problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Experience working in a metric/goal driven environment.
• Hands‑on approach / experience with manufacturing processes preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills; effectively present information and respond to feedback at any level within the organization.
