Please focus on the points below:

• Must have hands-on experience in wire harness installation and validation of proto build harnesses.
• Must know troubleshooting vehicle build issues and find resolutions.
• Guide technicians and make change requests to the design team with redline markups.
• Guide offshore design team and provide design changes based on build issues and resolutions.
• Must understand vehicle architecture and develop schematics of subsystems.

Job Description & Skill Requirements:

• Electrical engineer with 7+ years of experience.
• Candidate should have working experience with Autodesk Inventor.
• SPOC for all electrical development activities.
• Experience in electrical architecture development and system design.
• Validate that new and updated products meet engineering requirements and manufacturing readiness.
• Experience with proto build of vehicles, guiding technicians, and setting up processes for proto build.
• Knowledge of DFM and DFMEA is essential.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and tools to resolve technical problems. Document and maintain Devlog as issues arise and resolutions are identified.
• Support offshore design of electrical harness models, drawings, and schematics.
• Diagnose system-level issues using vendor-specific diagnostics guides, tools, and utilities.
