Job summary

Fishbeck is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team and help design electrical and building systems for a variety of projects. You will work with multidisciplinary professionals and conduct site visits to gather field data, coordinating with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality documentation.

The role involves design, project support, and construction administration, with opportunities to grow toward licensure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
  • Experience designing electrical systems for water and wastewater facilities is required.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or working toward licensure.
  • Familiarity with NEC, IBC, and Energy Codes is preferred.

Working with our Electrical Engineering team, you willwork on a large variety of projects with several multidisciplinary professionals.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (BSEE or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of the Architectural/Engineering (A/E) consulting business.
  • Experience designing electrical systems for water and wastewater facilities.
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) or working towards licensure.
  • Familiarity with the National Electrical Code, International Building Codes, and Energy Codes.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Design Master Electrical, Microsoft Office products, Easy Power arc flash hazard analysis software, and lighting design software.
