Job summary

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in schematic capture, PCB layout, board bring-up, and thorough documentation, with collaborative oversight from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 3+ years of electrical design experience, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience with analog and digital circuits
• Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontroller-based designs.
• Experience with Python/MATLAB, C/C++, Verilog/VHDL, or high-speed digital design is a plus.
• Regulated product development experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design schematics and PCB layouts and support board bring-up and testing.
• Develop electronics involving motion controls, microcontrollers, displays, and USB/UART/CAN communications.
• Troubleshoot and validate analog/digital circuits and electrical subsystems.
• Support cable harness design and system integration.
• Partner with manufacturing on electronics integration and production issues.
• Create design documentation, test procedures, and work instructions.
• Support regulatory and EMC/EMI compliance activities.
