Job summary

Josh Pros LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to own hardware design from schematic through board bring-up and validation in Plano, TX. You will design analog and digital circuits, capture schematics, drive PCB layout, and work hands-on in the lab to bring boards up and debug them.

You will collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems teams to deliver manufacturable hardware for our products. The role emphasizes signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMI considerations.

Qualifications

• Schematic capture and multi-layer PCB layout experience.
• Strong analog and digital circuit design fundamentals.
• Experience with BOM management and design documentation.
• Lab bring-up, validation, and debugging with test equipment.
• Familiarity with DFx (DFM/DFT) and manufacturability considerations.
• Ability to read datasheets and translate requirements into hardware.
