Electrical/Electronics Maintenance Tech needs 3-5 years of previous experience in a technical support and/or engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Electrical/Electronics Maintenance Tech requires:
2nd shift 2:30pm-10:30 pm and 3rd shift 10:30pm-6:30am.
Successful completion of ISA Certified Control Systems Technician Level 1.
Work flexible 1st shift hours for a period of time for training purposes and then will be assigned to flexible 2nd shift hours.
Has no more than a Level 1 Corrective Action currently active on their performance record (within the previous 12 months).
Willingness to flex schedule in order to meet business needs, including extended shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary, as well as moving to other shifts to balance skills, results, vacation coverage and training opportunities.
Possess knowledge in the following software technologies and architecture:
Demonstrated knowledge of the National electrical code.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCad.
Ability to learn and apply advanced control concepts in order to support the manufacturing process. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills in current or previous roles.
Demonstrated problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve issues independently and understand when additional support is needed.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively.
Demonstrated ownership of teams success. Acts as a role model and provides direct feedback to encourage appropriate work behaviors.
Shares skills and knowledge with other team members.
Demonstrated desire and capacity for continuous learning of new work methods and technology.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team as both a member and leader.
Current forklift certification or ability to become certified; ability to operate scissors lift also.
