Job summary

Elliott Electric Supply in Branson, MO, seeks a Store Manager to oversee sales and operating functions, driving profitability and customer satisfaction across the assigned store. You will supervise and train store staff, build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors, and ensure safe, efficient store operations aligned with company standards.

Minimum five years in the electrical distribution industry is preferred, with demonstrated leadership and communication abilities

Qualifications

• High School education or its equivalent.
• Some post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the electrical distribution industry.
• Thorough knowledge of the electrical distribution industry.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of company employees, customers, suppliers and vendors.
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills required.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for managing and directing the sales and operating functions of the assigned store(s) to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Supervises and trains store operating personnel.
• Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationship with customers, suppliers, vendors and other individuals.
