Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business, sales or operations management.
• Strong leadership and planning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate warehouse and administrative functions to ensure quality customer service.
• Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
• Develop staff through training and performance management initiatives.
• Manage movement and audit of inventory and related processes.
• Coordinate inventory prep, cycle counts, vendor returns, displays and promotions for counter sales.
• Oversee debit memo process with accounting, manage cash/credit transactions and pricing contracts.
• Ensure timely responses to calls and emails and maintain customer communication.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow-up to resolve issues.
• Assist with branch safety, security and building management; report accidents with HR guidance.
• Support other branches in securing customer orders with Sales and Management teams.
