Thomas Young Group, a growing multidisciplinary engineering firm, is seeking an Electrical Discipline Leader in St. Paul, MN. You will lead the electrical engineering team from design through construction, ensuring quality and on-time delivery while nurturing client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a PE license, an electrical engineering degree, 8+ years of experience, and strong leadership with BIM and Revit proficiency. The firm supports licensure, ESOP, and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an electrical emphasis.
• Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer.
• 8+ years of relevant experience or a combination of education and practical experience.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM tools.
• Business development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering team to align with project needs.
• Provide quality control and technical oversight across deliverables.
• Apply knowledge of electrical engineering from design through construction and post-occupancy.
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule expectations.
• Foster client relationships and represent the team as a technical leader.
• Support internal mentorship and team development.
