Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer – Electrical Detail Planning to translate electrical designs into detailed build instructions for autonomous vessels.

This role covers hardware installation and planning to convert wire connections into a practical installation strategy aboard ships. You will ensure routing accuracy, sequence cable pulls, and produce work packages while complying with ABS, USCG, and NAVSEA requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in marine electrical trades or equivalent planning background.
• Understanding of equipment foundation and installation practices.
• Ability to translate source-to-destination connections into physical routing.

Responsibilities

• Develop work instructions for equipment foundation fabrication and installation.
• Plan wireway and cable tray routing and penetration methods.
• Coordinate sequencing with structural and outfitting trades to avoid interferences.
• Translate wire lists into physical routing and installation strategy.
• Sequence cable pulls to minimize rework and maximize efficiency.
• Develop pulling and termination work packages.
