Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Electrical Designer to join a multidisciplinary design team. You will contribute to electrical system design from concept through construction documents under guidance from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Engineering, Electrical Design, CAD, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant electrical design experience.
• Experience in building electrical systems and code coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs that meet project objectives, codes and standards.
• Produce accurate, complete, and coordinated construction documents.
• Support project planning to align with schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate design solutions with architectural and engineering teams.
• Maintain organized project files, calculations, and technical docs.
• Ensure QA standards are upheld throughout all design phases.
