Stantec is seeking an Electrical BIM Coordinator to join a multidisciplinary design team in Austin. You will lead development, coordination, and quality of electrical BIM models from early design through construction documentation.

Work closely with electrical engineers, designers, PMs and other disciplines to ensure accurate, coordinated, and compliant documentation aligned with client and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit for design development, BIM coordination and construction documentation.
• Experience coordinating electrical design with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Minimum 1+ year of electrical design, BIM or Revit experience in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Produce accurate, complete, and well-coordinated electrical construction documentation using Revit.
• Develop and coordinate electrical BIM models throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate electrical design with architecture, structure, MEP and other stakeholders.
• Perform interdisciplinary model coordination to identify conflicts and constructability issues.
• Support engineers and designers with model development and project documentation.
• Assist with BIM setup, workflows, and project BIM standards.
• Monitor model health and maintain Revit families, templates, views, schedules, and sheets.
• Assist in implementing BIM execution plans and digital delivery standards.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate issues to teams.
• Support clash detection and resolution of conflicts between systems.
