Job summary
Trane Technologies in Clarksville, TN is seeking an Electrical Designer II to create 3D and 2D graphics for control projects. You will work under a Lead Digital Designer, applying CAD tools to develop designs, documentation, and bills of materials while collaborating with engineers and field teams.

Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Design or Engineering Technology or 4+ years CAD experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience with SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, Pro Engineer or CAD/AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
- Produces designs and documentation utilizing computer design and product life cycle management systems.
- Documentation of parts and bills of materials.
- Develop a good working knowledge of design and drafting standard practices, methods and processes.
- Work from oral engineering instructions or written procedures, schematics, drawings and sketches.
- Lead small segments of large projects with responsibility for completion of assignments and error correction.
- Maintain competency of CAD systems through training and materials.
- Adhere to company safety and security policies.
