Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD drafting software is required.
• Experience designing power distribution systems or equipment such as PDU, STS, RPP, and switchboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs for power distribution and protection equipment.
• Select components and interconnection hardware based on system requirements.
• Support thermal design and mechanical packaging concepts for electrical products.
• Apply knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, magnetics, and thermal systems.
• Develop engineering specifications and technical requirements for power protection systems.
• Design switchboard power and control circuits.
• Create and maintain electrical schematics and BOMs.
• Support qualification and integration of third‑party devices.
• Participate in hardware design reviews to evaluate performance and reliability.
• Prepare customer and manufacturing documentation, test procedures, and reports.
• Provide sustaining engineering support for new and existing products.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems through hands‑on testing and analysis.
• Assist product safety certification activities with NRTL (UL, CSA, IEC).
• Collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
