Insight Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer. Your skills and experience will determine your actual pay, so talk with your recruiter for more details.

Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 5-10+ years of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Experience with Altium or Cadence
• High-level component selection, harness experience, requirements generation, and ability to simulate EMC testing
• Printed Circuit Board Design
• Schematic capture experience

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

• IEC60601-1-1, IEC60601-1-2

Job Description:

The Electrical Design Engineer is a self-motivated professional capable of participating in and leading or assisting in the design and verification of medical devices. This includes defining and following a structured process for medical device design. The engineer can start or finish at any point within the design cycle to fulfill the required duties.

Compensation:

$50/hr to $60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
