Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical) or related.
• 2+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience utilizing lab electronic testing tools (DMM, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Function Generators, etc.).
• Experience troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Ability to collect, organize, synthesize, analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions from data sources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing designs, troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to return units to a functional state.
• Maintain detailed requirements and specifications for various electronic products.
• Develop detailed designs of limited scope.
• Conduct various methods of testing and analysis to support design.
• Gather data for technical performance measures and perform basic analysis.
• Provide basic engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product.
• Conduct trade studies and literature research to support future designs.
